The fees are theirs. Here is how.

01

What a launch is.

Every coin is a Pons V2 launch on Robinhood Chain. The launcher names an X account; Handle looks the account up, predicts a vault address keyed to that account's numeric id, and sets the vault as the coin's creator fee recipient.

The trader's own wallet submits the launch and pays the Pons launch fee. Handle never holds the coin, the fee or the trade.

02

Where the fees go.

Every trade pays a fixed 3% creator tax. Pons credits it to the vault. A sweeper moves accrued fees from the curve into escrow and then into the vault so the balance is real, onchain, in the named account's name.

The name is set once and never changes. Nobody can redirect the fees, including the person who launched the coin.

03

How a claim works.

The named person signs in with X. Only the X id from that sign in is trusted. Handle signs a one time claim authorisation and a relayer submits it: the vault takes an owner, pulls escrow, and sends the whole balance to the wallet they chose.

No wallet yet? A wallet keyed to their X id is created for them and becomes the owner. From then on the vault answers only to its owner.

04

Tiers.

Tier 0: the person registered a payout wallet on Handle, so new coins in their name pay that wallet directly. Tier 1: a wallet verified by Ethos or Farcaster is pre approved as a claimant. Tier 2: an address they posted is shown only as a hint. Tier 3: nothing known, vault plus X sign in.

Name service records are never used. They are self declared and squatted for celebrity handles.
